Groove the Night Away 2026

Get ready to Groove the Night Away as MLC School’s musicians and vocalists light up the stage for one of the most anticipated jazz events on the Music Calendar!

This year, we’re absolutely thrilled to bring Groove back home to the heart of Burwood with the support of our wonderful community partner, Club Burwood RSL! The night will burst with performances from the MLC School Stage Band, Jazz Ensemble, Junior Jazz Band, and a selection of our talented vocal soloists, delivering an exciting mix of jazz standards, contemporary favourites, and outstanding student musicianship.

More than just a concert, Groove gives our students the opportunity to shine in a live venue setting while sharing their passion and dedication with family, friends, and the wider school community. Settle in for an evening of sensational music, delicious food and lively banter as we celebrate the extraordinary talent in our Music Program. Please note that there will be no alcohol served at this event.
