Absentee Form – Update

Due to technical issues, the changes intended for the absence form to include co-curricular absences have been paused.

As such, the absence form submitted through the online absence form in Omnia or the MLC School App, only covers a general absence. If you wish to report an absence from an activity or have any questions, please contact your daughter’s co-curricular (including sport) coordinator – this information can be by clicking here.
