Outreach at Del Monte – Crazy Sock Day on Friday 11 September

At Del Monte, we are committed to making a positive difference in our local community. As part of our Social Justice initiatives, we encourage our students to learn about compassion, generosity and ways to support those experiencing hardship.

To help raise funds for local community members in need, the Del Monte Year 4 Social Justice Team will be hosting a Crazy Sock Day on Friday 11 September. Students are invited to wear their brightest, funniest and most colourful socks with their school or sports shoes.

We ask all students to bring a gold coin donation, with all funds raised going towards supporting people and families in our local community who may need a helping hand.

Every donation, no matter how small, can make a difference. Together, we can show kindness, build community spirit, and support those around us.
