Music at Del Monte and MBH (Curriculum)
The Laudare Singers performed My Front Teeth at the Public Speaking Finals on Thursday. They were on show the whole time, performing beautifully and listening respectfully, demonstrating their awareness of ‘concert’ behaviour.
In class, Year 4 have been collaborating in composition. Throughout the term they have been learning to compose, notate, rehearse and perform their collaborative compositions.
We are exploring the elements of music in creative ways. Year 3 have been composing space sentences and then using paddle pop sticks to write rhythm notation matching their space words.
