Year 7 Visual Arts

During our time away from school Year 7 Visual Arts students quickly accommodated the switch from learning about Ceramics to learning how to draw. We focussed on still life and looked at how to create tone, drawing things to scale and proportion, drawing ellipses and looking at light and shadow on objects. I congratulate Year 7 Visual Arts students for the many great drawings they submitted during remote learning. I wish I could fit more examples here. It is great to be back in the classroom with Year 7 students who are now drawing large scale still life using pastels, charcoal and graded pencils.
