On Monday 15th August, we focussed on St Joseph. St Joseph was a refugee who sought asylum in a foreign land when the life of Jesus threatened. Joseph took upon himself to journey to a new land so that he and his family may have life and live in peace without violence.

Some of our families, too, have made journeys to a foreign land for a better life.

We focused on Refugees & Asylum Seekers, where the community learned more about the road travelled by refugees to seek a safe place through ‘Hands in Support’ display and sharing of stories and developed a Storyboard Display for each House.
