City Link Mentor Program

On Friday 29th July, students from Sydney Catholic Schools were invited to a City Link Mentor Program launch function. The launch function was at the Macquarie Group Limited building. Aseeter Saleem, Delya Mayoma, Maryam Baji, Onella Al-Simaani, Bardeen Rafoka and Nhu Trinh attended.

The students were invited to the City Link Mentor function to have an introduction to the program. The City Link Mentor Program is a Catholic based educational foundation mentor program which strives to enhance the knowledge and skills within a student. The program allows students to meet with significant individuals (who have achieved much during their careers) and learn based on their experiences. This gives students guidance with their futures.

MMCC students had the opportunity to hear Mr Tony Farley, Executive Director of Sydney Catholic Schools, and Mr Nicholas Moore speak about resilience in their school life. They encourage students to never be afraid to ask questions, and to always stay curious about life.
