Year 6 Camp

Adventure, challenge and plenty of laughter filled Year 6’s Illawarra Camp, held from Monday 26 October to Wednesday 28 October! Students swapped the classroom for three action packed days of surfing, mountain biking, beach volleyball, sand sculpture building and landscape watercolour painting. There were plenty of opportunities to try something new, get creative and enjoy time with friends. 

 

The Kiama Cliff Walk was another highlight, with spectacular ocean views, impressive rock formations and beautiful beaches to explore. Shared meals and group challenges also gave students and staff time to connect beyond the classroom. 

 

Whether learning a new skill, tackling a challenge or sharing a laugh, students built confidence, resilience and teamwork along the way. Illawarra Camp was a wonderful celebration of their final year of primary school an adventure full of friendships and memories to carry into Senior School!
