From the Deputy Principal – Are our Medical Records Up to Date for your Daughter?

As we continue to prioritise the health and wellbeing of our students, we kindly request your immediate attention to an important matter. With our move to Compass, it is especially important that all medical details are checked and confirmed as correct. It is crucial that we have the most up-to-date medical information for each student to ensure their safety and proper care while at school.

We ask all families to login to Compass and review your daughter’s full medical details. Please take a moment to verify the information and make any necessary updates. Specifically, we need to know if there have been any changes to your daughter’s health status, including new medications or treatments about which our Health Centre should be aware.

To review and update:

On the MLC School App

• On the Home screen under My Favourites, tap Update my Details.
• Under Students tap the pencil icon next to your daughter’s name to check and update her medical details and to upload any documentation.

On the Web

• Select the gear icon at the top right to open Tools.
• Under My Account, select Update My Details.
• Under Students tap the pencil icon next to your daughter’s name to update her details and to upload any documentation.

Accurate medical information allows us to provide the best possible care and respond effectively in case of emergencies.
