Well done to Zara Nicholias (Year 6) who attended the CIS Primary Girls’ Football Trials on Monday.

There were 103 quality girls in attendance. Zara played in several positions throughout the day including wing, defender, and midfield. Her highlight was scoring the goal for a 1-0 win in the first game.

She was one of 24 girls who progressed to the Probables v Possibles match, and she played very well in an unfamiliar position. Although Zara was not selected for the CIS team, she learned a lot from this invaluable experience.
