Use strong passwords!
Make sure you are using strong passwords or pass phrases as this keeps your site secure. Entering short or easy-to-guess passwords is an open invitation for mischief makers to damage your hard work.
A pass phrase consisting of a few words (spaces are fine) and upper/lowercase letters is usually fine.
