2019 Christmas Mass and Christmas Fair

This year the College Community will celebrate Christmas and the end of the 2019 school year with a Christmas Mass on Thursday 12 December 2019 and a Christmas Fair on Friday 13th December 2019. Both days are compulsory for all students to attend from 8.50am to 3.15pm.

Our Christmas Mass and CLC Leaders Commissioning on Thursday 12th December, will start at 9.40am in the hall, where all parents are invited to join us. All students are required to attend on the day and arrive in full College Summer uniform, including their blazer. At the conclusion of the Mass, a morning tea will be held, then Periods 1 to 4 classes for Thursday (Day 4). If parents wish to attend the Christmas Mass, please email Mrs Grace Labbozzetta via grace.labbozzetta@syd.catholic.edu.au or contact her via 9725-4322. 

Our Christmas Fair on Friday 13th December will be conducted during normal school time. The Fair will include carnival rides, a free disco and food stalls. Students may like to bring a blanket, lunch and shelter, and enjoy a picnic with their friends. Students are expected at school by 8.50am and the day will conclude by 3.15pm.  

Students wishing to access the carnival rides can choose from these 3 options: 

  1. Purchasing a prepaid bracelet at a discounted cost of $25.00 before Wednesday 11th December by completing the form on the attached flyer and paying via the College Office.
  2. Purchasing a ride bracelet on the day at a cost of $30.00
  3. Purchasing a single ride ticket on the day at a cost of $6.00 per ride.

Please note that the prices are set by the carnival ride operator and are not negotiable. 

Please note that no other member of the public will be permitted to enter the College grounds during the Christmas Fair, at any time. Alcohol, tobacco, drugs and chewing gum are not permitted.

Wednesday 11th December – Awards Night 6.30pm

Thursday 12th December – Last Day of Classes, Christmas Mass and Year 10 CLC Leaders Commissioning (no sport)

Friday 13th December – Christmas Fair – During school time (mufti clothes)

Monday 16th – Semester 2 Years 7-11 Parent-Teacher-Student Interviews

Tuesday 17th December – HSC Results Released (6.00am) and ATAR Released (1.00pm)

Wednesday 18th December – HSC Luncheon
