Kindergarten Celebration of Learning

Kindergarten Celebration of Learning

Our recent Celebration of Learning was a special opportunity for our Kindergarten students to proudly share their learning with their families. The girls were delighted to welcome visitors into the classroom and showcase their work, reflecting on the many experiences, achievements and discoveries they have made throughout the term.

Students proudly shared the very first stories they have written, demonstrated their developing reading skills and collaborated with their families on a mathematics problem-solving challenge. In Visual Arts, families joined students in sketching flowers inspired by the work of Georgia O’Keeffe, while a nature craft activity using wool collected during our recent excursion provided another creative opportunity for learning and connection. These activities highlighted the girls’ growing confidence, creativity and enthusiasm for sharing their learning with others.

We were incredibly proud of the way the girls embraced the role of teacher, guiding their families through classroom activities and explaining their thinking.

Thank you to all the families who joined us and helped make the event such a success. Your support and encouragement play an important role in our students’ learning, and we loved celebrating their achievements together.
