From Learning Enhancement Department
A group of MLC School teachers joined colleagues from across Kindergarten to Year 12 to participate in Mini-COGE (Certificate of Gifted Education) professional learning at University of New South Wales. Staff members from a range of year groups and learning areas applied for and were selected to take part, reflecting our shared commitment to nurturing the potential of every learner.
One of the strengths of the MLC School community is our culture of continuous learning. When teachers come together to explore current research and effective practice, the benefits extend far beyond the classroom. Professional learning such as Mini-COGE provides opportunities for staff to connect, exchange ideas, and deepen their understanding of how best to support students to thrive, pursue their passions, and embrace challenge.
We are proud of our staff’s enthusiasm for learning and grateful for the collaborative spirit that continues to strengthen our community. As teachers bring new insights back to MLC School, we look forward to seeing these conversations enrich learning experiences for students across the school.
