Fundraising SIG Report – 14 March

10 fundraisers from both secondary and tertiary institutions met at Perth College on Thursday 14 March for a round-table discussion on Fundraising.

We broke the ice by reading a range of Ask scenarios and sharing our considerations on how we proceed.  The scenarios are certainly thought-provoking.  Thanks to the Educate Plus New Zealand conference for providing the inspiration and scenarios.

Roundtable discussions followed covering the following topics:

• How to get your Board to support a culture of giving?
• Workplace giving. Discuss.
• Private Ancillary Funds (PAFs)
• Thank you, Thank you and Thank you again
