Once your articles are published, but the Newsletter is still a DRAFT, you can send a preview link for review by someone who isn’t an editor or admin. You can do this by:
- Go to the Edit Newsletter view for the newsletter you want to share
- From the Preview panel, select the “Enable Public Preview” checkbox and “Save Draft”
- Copy the preview link e.g. https://www.thebuzz.net.au/demo/?p=190&post_type=newsletter&preview=1&_ppp=8e81d3c1d0
NOTE: Only published articles will show up in the preview you share, so it’s best to share the Newsletter link once you have published all articles you want to share.
You can check the link by opening it in a different web browser or by opening the link in a Private Browser window.
Once the Newsletter is published this option is no longer visible.
