Musical opportunities for all in Year 7 with Amadeus!

On Monday 5 February, Year 7 had a string quartet and The Hot Potato Band, a roving brass band with a singer, come and perform a concert. They introduced all the new instruments on offer for the Amadeus program! The students then tried 11 instruments in an hour and made their favourite selections! All the girls were super excited and students brought home their new instruments in week 2 to practice on!

 

All of Year 7 will be doing 45 minutes of sport and 45 minute of Music Orchestra or Concert band on Thursday afternoons. So, students will be required to bring their instrument every Thursday!
