With just over a week to go, we are really looking forward to welcoming the School Community, together with friends, family, Old Girls and neighbours, to the Festival on Forbes on Sunday 23rd August, 10am-3pm.
The Festival on Forbes has always been an event run by our community for our community and beyond. So I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the parents who have given their time already!
Whether you have been busy planning, organising, donating, baking or collecting items for the day, it is the spirit of getting involved that really makes it a great day of food, fun and festivities for everyone to enjoy. So a huge thank you to those who have volunteered their time already – we all really appreciate it!
It is not too late to help out – even if just for an hour – with your Year Group stall, assisting on the P&F stalls or to help us all with the pack up on the day itself.
I wish all our SCEGGS families a lovely mid-term break on Monday … and I look forward to seeing you all at the Festival on Forbes on Sunday 23rd August!
