Design & Technology “SHAPE” Nominations

Congratulations to Erin Zikos, Sophie Kuijper and Lucy Morrison of Year 12 2020, on receiving nominations for their Major Design Projects in SHAPE  2020; the annual exhibition of a selection of exemplary Major Projects.

All the students developed challenging and innovative projects addressing genuine needs and opportunities in the process. Focusing in on an interest in “high-tech architecture”, Erin Zikos designed a sensory pod for her brother Leo, to engage him in physical therapies. Sophie Kuijper used a range of digital tools to architecturally design an innovative, modular aged-care facility and drawing inspiration from Christian Dior, Lucy Morrison designed a couture dress, adorned with hand-made embellishments made from recycled materials.

Congratulations to all these students as well as the entire Year 12 Design & Technology, 2020 cohort on their extraordinary endeavours and an innovative collection of projects.
