Year 12 Hospitality Luncheon
Year 12 Hospitality were given the opportunity to showcase the skills they have learned, whilst completing their Methods of Cookery competency task.
Students were required to cook and serve an Asian Fusion or a Mexican/ South American themed three-course alternate menu for over 20 staff. They did an amazing job and the food was absolutely delicious. Congratulations Year 12.1 Hospitality on such a successful event.
