Co-curricular Absence Form

Need to let us know your child will miss a co‑curricular activity?
 
You can now submit a co‑curricular absence form for any co‑curricular activity via the Omnia Parent Portal or the MLC School App.
 
Please check that your child’s co‑curricular activities are displaying in the “My Students” profile section under “Co‑curricular” for the current term.
 
To submit an absence:
  • Select the relevant student
  • Choose the absence type and time (today, multi‑day or partial)
  • Based on the date and time selected, the relevant activity will appear
  • Add a reason for the absence (mandatory)
  • Upload supporting documentation (optional)
  • Click Submit
Parents or carers will receive a confirmation email immediately (as will the activity Coordinator). The School or Coordinator will then update the absence record and follow up if any additional information is required.
