Dancing success for Cara

On behalf of the College community, congratulations to our recently graduated Year 12 student, Cara M, who managed her gruelling HSC trial exams whilst simultaneously participating in the State Championships for Irish Dancing.

Cara said “I’m very proud to have achieved 2nd place at the NSW Irish Dancing Championships this year. It was a great achievement after all the hard work and dedication I’ve put into my dancing whilst completing my HSC trial exams a week in advance. I’m grateful to everyone who has supported me along the way.” Cara has also qualified again for the 2027 World Championships to be held in Belfast, Ireland and she says she looks forward to expanding her dance career after school.
