St Ursula’s Day

St Ursula’s Day is always a huge highlight of our College calendar – a time to celebrate our Ursuline heritage and enjoy the incredible community we share. This year’s celebrations perfectly captured what it means to live out Serviam, blending faith, action, and plenty of fun.

We started the day together with our St Ursula’s Day Mass. Gathering as a whole school is such a special way to begin. It gave us a chance to reflect on the courage of St Ursula and the vision of St Angela Merici, reminding us to be grateful for our gifts and to stay connected in faith and purpose.

After Mass, we put that faith into action with our Walkathon for Cambodia. Seeing students and staff out walking together was a fantastic display of Serviam in real life. Every step taken and dollar raised goes towards supporting education for children in Cambodian villages, a great reminder that our care and compassion reach far beyond our school gates.

We wrapped up the day with the concert. The talent, energy, and school spirit on display were amazing. From the brilliant performances on stage to the massive support cheering from the crowd, it highlighted the strong sisterhood and deep sense of belonging here at the College. It was the perfect way to celebrate each other’s God-given talents and simply enjoy being together.

St Ursula’s Day shows us that a thriving Ursuline community relies on three things: a prayerful heart, hands ready to serve, and a spirit ready to celebrate. Thank you to all the staff and students who made it such a memorable day.

May St Ursula and St Angela continue to watch over and inspire us.
