Email Communications from the School & Portal Logins

Most information from the School is sent to parents by email. Some emails sent from databases can be interpreted as SPAM by many email programs, with those messages going straight to junk folders. To make sure you receive all communications from SCEGGS, please add @sceggs.nsw.edu.au to your email address book. From January 2020, SCEGGS will be using Microsoft Azure to manage logging in (authentication) for the Parent Portal and Cognito. This is a change in the School’s process and all parents will need to set up their new login. Parents will have received an email invitation to access the SCEGGS Darlinghurst organisation.

Once the email instructions have been followed, parents will then be able to gain access to the Parent Portal and Cognito.

Please also keep in mind that the web address of the Portal has recently changed. To make sure you are not trying to log in to the old web address, follow the Portal link on the SCEGGS website or go directly to https://portal.sceggs.nsw.edu.au/.
