Year 6 Camp
In Week 3, Year 6 embarked on their Outdoor Education Camp at Attunga. Despite the chilly conditions, the girls approached every challenge with enthusiasm and resilience. From mountain biking and canoeing, to zip lining on the flying fox and conquering the giant swing, they consistently encouraged one another and stepped outside their comfort zones. Along the way, they created lasting memories, strengthened friendships, and demonstrated a strong sense of teamwork and pride.
Here’s what the girls had to say about their camp experience:
I was petrified to go on the giant swing. However, after a bit of encouragement from my friends, I did it. On my second turn I even went higher!
Chloe Anderson
During one of the evenings, we had a trivia and talent night. It was so funny watching and listening to everyone during the animal sound competition. I loved chatting with friends during cabin time.
Poppy Poyntz
It was challenging to continue persevering during mountain bike riding. I was so proud and glad that I kept going!

The food at Attunga was amazing. What made it even better were the incredible chefs, particularly Nicky. We loved Year 6 camp. It was such a memorable experience.

One of my favourite parts about camp was seeing kangaroos and star gazing. We even saw the Milky Way!
Victoria Tang
The amount of singing I got to do during the activities made me have an absolute blast of a camp! Also, the flying fox was the most adrenaline‑rushing thing I have ever done!
