YEAR 10 HOSPITALITY
This term, our Year 10 Hospitality students dove into the world of meal kits with a hands-on unit inspired by HelloFresh! Students learnt how to follow industry-standard recipe cards, manage time effectively in the kitchen, and prepare nutritious, restaurant-quality meals using fresh ingredients. The unit not only built essential cooking and plating skills but also gave students a taste of real-world food trends and the importance of sustainability in the kitchen. Bon appétit!
