120 YEAR CELEBRATIONS

We officially kicked off our 120 Year Celebrations with a Welcome Drinks & Campus Tour on Friday 13 June. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces return — some for the first time in decades! With new buildings, incredible staff, and a proud alumni community, it was the perfect way to launch this special series of events.

The celebrations continued on Saturday 14 June, as we gathered in style to honour 120 incredible years of the College at a Gala Dinner. It was a truly unforgettable evening, filled with laughter, cherished memories, music, and heartfelt connection. A sincere thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate the legacy and bright future of our community.

On Sunday 15 June, following Mass at St Joseph’s Church, guests enjoyed a beautiful High Tea to round out the weekend of festivities. It was heartwarming to see generations come together — past and present students, dedicated staff, and our beloved Sisters of Mercy. The Alumni Choir, led by John Goulter and accompanied by Jenny Hall, filled the room with music that made the morning even more special. ‘Dancing Queen’ was a particular highlight, and had the room singing.

At the heart of this extraordinary weekend was friendship — the kind that lasts a lifetime. The enduring bond between our students, their lifelong friends, and the Sisters is something truly unique and deeply cherished. This is a community like no other, and these celebrations will remain close to our hearts for many years to come.
