Term 3 Sport Selection

Term 3 Sport nominations have now closed. If you still wish to participate in a sporting activity, please contact Brittany Robbins in the PDHPE Office.

 

Netball

Well done to Alicia Singh (Year 12) who represented IGSA at the NSWCIS U19 Netball Championships. The team won the Silver Medal, with Alicia being selected in the NSWCIS team. We wish her well as she will now compete at the NSW All Schools Competition Netball Tri-Series in June.

 

Hockey

The SCEGGS 1 hockey team had a good win over the Monte Sant Angelo 1st team. The team won 2-0 and are currently sitting second on the competition ladder.

SCEGGS 2 were defeated by Loreto Kirribilli 3 2-1
SCEGGS 3 defeated Loreto Kirribilli 7 5-0

 

 

Basketball

The SCEGGS 1 Basketball team played a terrific closely fought match against Abbotsleigh 1 on the weekend here at school. SCEGGS were victorious 32-26 and now sit in second place on the competition ladder.

SCEGGS 3 defeated Ascham 4  11-13
SCEGGS 4 defeated Brigidine 38-16
SCEGGS 5 defeated Kincoppal Rose Bay 6    26-12
SCEGGS 6 defeated Tara 4  34-4
SCEGGS 7 were defeated by Mount Saint Benedict 2 31-32    
SCEGGS 8 defeated Loreto Normanhurst 22 28-17
SCEGGS 9 defeated Meriden 10 13-4
SCEGG 10 defeated Ascham 9 18-14

 

July Holiday Basketball Camp

SCEGGS Training sessions before and after school plus Saturday Sport

Any cancellations or adjustments will be made in Clipboard and families will receive a notification or email when changes are made. Please ensure you have notifications enabled.

All Clipboard notifications will now come through the SCEGGS Mobile App too, so if you have been receiving notifications from Clipboard (eg when sport is cancelled due to wet weather), you will need to download the SCEGGS Mobile App to ensure that you continue to receive these push notifications.
