Cambodia International Immersion 2025
When: Wednesday 18 September at 6pm
Where: SCEGGS Lecture Theatre
SCEGGS has a proud tradition of running immersion trips for students in Year 9 to Year 11. Our latest trip, in the upcoming October school holidays, is a domestic trip to remote Indigenous communities around Cape York. In the past, students have also had the opportunity to travel overseas to Uganda originally and then to Cambodia.
We are pleased to share the news that SCEGGS will again work with Habitat for Humanity in 2025 and travel to Cambodia. The immersion is planned for the October 2025 school holidays. SCEGGS students and staff will work with Habitat for Humanity on building homes for local communities in Cambodia. This service project provides an opportunity for students in Years 10 and 11 in 2025 to provide hands-on construction support to build homes for vulnerable families in the Siem Reap area.

If you are interested in finding out more about this wonderful opportunity, please join us in the Lecture Theatre on Wednesday 18 September from 6pm to 7pm.
