SCEGGS P&F ‘Magical Carnival’ Primary School Discos

The SCEGGS P&F ‘Magical Carnival’ Primary Discos will be held on Friday, 11 September in the Great Hall.

Event Times

  • Kindergarten to Year 3 from 3.30pm to 5.00pm
  • Years 4 to 6 from 6.00pm to 7.30pm

By now, you should have received an email with full event details, including a reminder for girls to bring their own water bottle and the TryBooking link for ticket purchases.

Bookings close on Friday 4 September.

 

Joan Freeman (JF) Car Park

The JF Car Park accessible via St Peter’s Street will be open for parent use during both drop-off and collection times. Please note that the car park is available for short-term parking only while dropping off or collecting your daughter.

To ensure parking is available for families of girls attending the Years 4 to 6 Disco, parents collecting from the Kindergarten to Year 3 Disco are asked to vacate the car park by 5.30pm.

The car park will close promptly at 8.00pm following the conclusion of the Years 4 to 6 Disco.

 

Kindergarten to Year 3 Arrangements

Students in Kindergarten to Year 3 will go directly to the disco at the end of the school day and do not require parent drop-off.

Girls should bring their disco clothes from home and will change in their classrooms before the event. Teachers will assist students to get ready, accompany them to the Great Hall and supervise the disco.

 

Years 4 to 6 Drop-off Arrangements

Parents are asked to park their vehicle and walk their daughter to the Great Hall.

Students will be supervised by staff for the duration of the disco.

For the safety of all students and families:

  • Please remain within designated areas and do not pass under any safety tape or barriers.
  • Students must not be dropped off at or near the pedestrian crossing.

 

Collection Arrangements

Parents are required to park their vehicle and collect their daughter from her designated collection point.

Families with more than one daughter attending the same event are encouraged to collect their youngest daughter first.

Kindergarten to Year 3

Please collect your daughter at 5.00pm from the following location:

  • Kindergarten and Year 1: Great Hall, access via the side door on St Peter’s Street
  • Year 2: DB Courtyard, via the gate on St Peter’s Street, behind the Great Hall
  • Year 3: Foyer of the JF Building, access via the glass doors
Years 4 to 6

Please collect your daughter at 7.30pm from the following location:

  • Year 4: Great Hall, access via the side door on St Peter’s Street
  • Year 5: DB Courtyard, via the gate on St Peter’s Street, behind the Great Hall
  • Year 6: Foyer of the JF Building, access via the glass doors
