Calling for Donations for the Chocolate Wheel and Coin Toss
Year 3 are thrilled to be hosting the Chocolate Wheel and Coin Toss at the Festival on Forbes. These much-loved attractions contribute to the fun and excitement of the day, with lots of great prizes for grabs for the young and young at heart!
We are calling on the generosity of our community to donate prizes for these stalls.
We would love to receive:
- Bottles of wine for the Coin Toss
- Unwanted gifts & new toys from the present cupboard
- New Toys
- Vouchers under $100
- Pamper items (think face masks, bath salts, nail polish etc)
- New Jewellery
Drop-off your donations in the Forbes Street car park on Fridays from 7.45am – 9.45am.
Gourmet Pantry
Looking for a fun weekend activity?
Pop into the Primary or General Office and collect your jars and labels for the Gourmet Pantry.
We need jams, jellies, preserves, sauces and other gourmet goodies. If cooking is not your thing, there are plenty of no-cook options like dried fruits, hot chocolate mix, brownie and cake mixes, risotto mixes and more!

Jars are also available for pick up on Friday morning (7.30am – 9.45am) at the Forbes Street car park.
Vintage & Second-Hand Wardrobe Stall
It’s not too late to clear your cupboards and set aside pieces for our Vintage Stall.
We’re looking for quality pre-loved fashion across all brands and price points – everything from Aldi to Armani, Supre to Scanlan, Zara to Zimmermann! If it’s something you’d happily pass on to a friend or purchase yourself, we’d love to receive it.
And we are once again featuring a designer collection, so those beautiful pieces hiding at the back of your wardrobe are very much appreciated!
Turn Outgrown Sporting Gear into Something Great
As our children grow, so does the pile of sporting equipment they leave behind. Instead of letting old basketballs, tennis racquets and football boots gather dust – or worse, end up in landfill – let’s give them a second life.
Our Festival on Forbes Second-Hand Sporting Goods Stall is collecting quality pre-loved sporting equipment for resale at this year’s Festival. Every donation helps reduce waste, supports our school community and gives someone else the chance to enjoy equipment that’s no longer being used.
We’re looking for everything from tennis racquets, hockey sticks, cricket bats and golf clubs to ski gear, Pilates mats, scooters, balls and more – all in excellent, usable condition.
Donations can be dropped off on Friday morning from 7.30am-9.45am in the Forbes Street car park.
We’re also looking to borrow large plastic storage tubs to help sort and display donations. If you can help, please contact Claire.
