Festival on Forbes

Festival on Forbes

We hope you all had a restful winter break, cleared out those cupboards, made some items for our Gourmet Pantry over the holidays, or found some wine that could be sent to our coin toss.

We’re thrilled to announce that the Festival on Forbes is just over four weeks away, and we’re counting on your support to make Sunday, August 25, a fantastic day for our entire community. Your contributions, no matter how big or small, will play a crucial role in making this event a success.

Many of our stalls rely on donations to be successful. Here’s how you can help:

  • Bottles of wine for the Coin Toss
  • Prizes for all ages for the Chocolate Wheel
  • Books & Records in good condition
  • Vintage clothes, handbags & jewellery, especially for women and children
  • Second-hand sporting goods and sports clothing in good condition
  • Prizes for the Silent Auction (such as hampers, work experiences, holiday homes, gift certificates, beauty products, etc.). If you can contribute, please contact Katrina Lonergan, Director of Development.
  • Gourmet Pantry donations – glass jars and labels can be obtained from the Primary School reception and the General Office. Please inform us here about what you can contribute.

We’ve set up a weekly car drop-off for donations every Friday from 7.45am to 8.45am in the Forbes Street car park. Click here for a step-by-step guide on how to make your drop-off.

Thank you for your generosity and support! And don’t forget to follow us on Instagram!
