Body image is a leading concern for young people. It can be hard for children and teens to be accepting of and confident in their bodies. It can also be hard for parents and carers to know what to say or how best to support them (The Butterfly Foundation, 2023).
The Butterfly Foundation is running a webinar for parents and carers of Primary and Secondary aged children on Tuesday 21 March 7pm – 8.15pm titled Body Confident Children and Teens see invitation here. The seminar provides practical tips to help understand and promote positive body imagine in the family home and support body confidence in young people.
