From the Community Engagement Team
Thank you
A big shout out to all the new and returning parents and carers who attended our Icebreaker last Friday night. It was a great turnout and a fabulous night. We were so thrilled to witness the joy and excitement of those who attended and reconnected again with old friends and meet some new ones. We also heard from the Chair of the Pymble Foundation, Mr Simon Rothery, about the work we are doing around philanthropy at Pymble to support programs, people and places. I look forward to providing more information about this and upcoming Foundation events in the coming weeks.
International Women’s Day next week
International Women’s Day is one of my favourite times of the year as it presents a wonderful opportunity to discuss and advocate for the importance of accelerating gender equality for girls and young women. Now really is our time to lean in and build on the great work and inroads being made to promote a more equal world. Please look out for our new advertising and communications from next week.
Community Event Calendar
The College calendar, including all Community Engagement events, can be viewed in the MyPymble app in the calendar tab. The CE team encourages all parents and carers to keep track of events within the app.

New Parents’ High Tea
The Pymble Parent Association (PPA) warmly invites all new Pymble parents to the New Parents’ High Tea on Thursday 23 March at 10.00am on site at the College. This is a wonderful opportunity for all parents new to the College in 2023 from Kindergarten to Year 12, including all Year 7 Parents, to meet one another in a relaxed environment. Principal Dr Kate Hadwen and key College staff will also be in attendance. The event is complimentary, but booking is essential. To RSVP, please click here.
