2024 Secondary School Swimming Carnival

The 2024 Secondary School Swimming Carnival was held on Wednesday 14 February (Years 7 to 9) and Thursday 15 February (Years 10 to 12) at Pymble’s Braith Williams Aquatic and Fitness Centre.

The Carnival was a great success showcasing House spirit and enthusiastic participation by students. Events included both championship and non-championship events and exciting relays.

The annual House mascot ‘dance off’ is always a crowd favourite and the Diving finale displayed Pymble diver’s expertise and outstanding ability.

Congratulations to the following students for their record-breaking performances:

Megan Chia (Year 8)

(14 years) 50 metres Breaststroke (Time: 29.38)

Piper Gregory-Reid (Year 12)

(18 years) 50 metres Breaststroke (Time: 34.77)

The Open Championship 50m freestyle race showcasing Pymble’s eight fastest swimmers, was one of the most exciting and keenly contested races of the day. Congratulations to all involved.
