Sydney Eisteddfod

On Sunday, our Junior Eisteddfod dancers competed at Sydney Eisteddfod at the iconic Sydney Opera House. The weather blessed us with a perfect, sunny day, and we are absolutely delighted to share the outstanding success the girls had on the day.

The dancers showcased not only their exceptional skills but also represented the college with immense pride and talent.

We are thrilled to announce their remarkable achievements: a sensational First place for Junior Lyrical and a fantastic third place for Junior Jazz.

Being a part of this extraordinary event was an immense honour and the girls expressed their excitement and deep gratitude for the opportunity to dance in such a spectacular venue in front of thousands of audience members. Our groups even ended up having spontaneous audiences on the outdoors Opera House forecourt as they warmed up and rehearsed.

Thank you to all who attended and for your unwavering support.

Our Juniors are now eagerly preparing for their very last competition of the Eisteddfod season: The Hills Dance Spectacular on 27 August. After this, their next performance will be in our very own Dance Showcase in November.
