Round 1 of igsa Basketball
Round 1 of IGSA basketball saw our Pymble girls raring to go, and with only one practice session under our belt, the girls did well overall. Our Year 7 Firsts got a win in their first Senior School basketball experience. Our Senior firsts got a thrilling win over Wenona by just two points. Pymble 15, in their first Senior School basketball experience, got an intense one-point win at St Vincent’s college. Very proud of these girls and their coach Nate Cassar as away wins are always harder than home wins! Our Pymble 12 team won a convincing 64 to 11 win at Abbotsleigh and our Pymble 7 team also won a convincing 41 to 14 away win at Queenwood.
All in all, the future of Pymble Basketball looks bright!
