Annual feedback surveys for parents and students

Annual feedback surveys for parents and students

As part of the College’s continual improvement process, MMG has been commissioned to conduct the annual reviews from parents and students. These surveys give us the chance to receive feedback so we can build on our strengths and prioritise areas of focus. Whilst doing surveys takes time, we are eager to use the research-informed feedback from parents and students and are very appreciative of each response.

Parents of students in Year 3, 5, 8, 10 and 12 would have already received their personal email with a link to the MMG ‘Tracking’ survey. This voluntary survey takes about half an hour. It invites parents to share feedback on areas including academics, wellbeing, boarding, co-curricular activities, sport and leadership. If parents are in one of the target year groups and have not received a personal email with a link by Friday 5 May, please let me know.

Students in Year 5 completed their surveys this week, and students in Years 8, 10 and 12 will do theirs in the next couple of weeks. Students will be supervised in Mind, Body, Spirit time to do their survey but the surveys are voluntary to complete.

In Term 3, students from Year 6 to 12 will be invited to complete the MMG Wellbeing survey. This survey goes into greater depth than the Tracking survey which also includes some wellbeing questions. Further information will be shared in Term 3.

At the conclusion of the research period, MMG Education compiles final reports for the College. In months ahead, we look forward to sharing insights from the research with the community.

Please remember, that by completing the questionnaires, parents and students are making an invaluable contribution to the future of the College as we strive to ensure that we are providing the best opportunities possible for our students.

Thank you for your feedback and contribution.
