Job of the week: Personal Assistant – Deputy Principal
With our College core values focusing on the overall wellbeing and care for our students and staff, we are on the search for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support a Senior Executive member on a permanent basis from July this year.
You will bring a proven ability in providing exceptional administrative and functional support to senior members of staff, with experience in a previous school or higher education setting being highly desirable, as this role sits within an academically focused team of the College. In supporting a busy executive-level staff member, you will have a varied and changing work week, where no two days are the same. A flexible and dynamic self-starter, you will bring discretion and understanding in your interactions with staff, students and parents, as well as a willingness to build strong relationships within the College community. Your communication, both written and verbal, will be always at the highest standard, and you will thrive in an environment based on care, thoughtfulness and empathy.
Being available for varied hours during the working week is a must, as the needs day to day will change pending the requirements of the Senior Executive and College. Working full-time across the calendar year, encompassing all school term periods and holiday time, you will in return be rewarded with a positivity and longevity in a career that will develop and grow with you as a person.
