Queensland All Schools Touch Football

We are excited to share the fantastic achievements of our Pymble Ladies’ College Under 15s Touch Football team, who have just returned from their very first appearance at the largest schools Touch Football competition in the country!

For many of our players, this was not just their first major competition, but also their first trip away as a team. The excitement was electric as our U15s boarded the plane, brimming with anticipation and a few nervous smiles. Despite being newcomers to such a large-scale event, our team approached every challenge with determination and fantastic team spirit.

Placed in a highly competitive pool, our U15s quickly found their rhythm. With each game, they grew in confidence and skill. The team finished up fifth in their pool, a remarkable achievement for such a highly skilled tournament.

What stood out even more than the scoreline was the way the team conducted themselves supporting each other, displaying outstanding sportsmanship, and representing our school with pride. Off the field, the team formed new friendships and made memories that will last a lifetime.

With their first major tournament now behind them, our U15s have set the bar high for themselves. We can’t wait to see how they build on this experience in training and future competitions. The future of Touch Football at our school is looking very bright indeed!

Well done to our U15s Pymble Ladies’ College team. You’ve made us all very proud!
