igsa Netball Competition – Finals
Congratulations to everyone who participated in Netball during Term 3 this season! Your commitment to your team, training sessions, and school has resulted in a remarkable improvement over previous years.
We had seven teams reach the grand final, with Pymble 8 and Pymble 19 emerging as champions. A special shout out goes to Pymble 2, who, defying the odds, went head-to-head with MLC 1. MLC 1 maintained an undefeated record throughout the season, typically winning their matches by 20 goals. Our girls displayed immense courage and delivered an outstanding performance, remaining even going into the final quarter. Despite a narrow loss at the final buzzer, we are all incredibly proud of their efforts.
As this was my first season with the programme, I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of netball on display. It was wonderful to see all the girls out there playing and enjoying the sport.
