Student medical information should be updated regularly through the Oxley College Parent Portal. Full details on how to update your personal details, including your child’s medical information can be found by following this link: Parent Portal and App Information | Oxley College

If your child requires medication to be taken throughout the school day, please complete the form in the following link, print and hand in to The Clinic with the relevant student medication. Oxley-College-Parent-Request-to-Administer-Medication-Fillable.pdf
