Our Talented Artists!

On Tuesday afternoon MSCW ran an art enrichment workshop. Students in Years 7- 10 were selected by the art teachers and given the opportunity to work with mural artist Danny Mulyono. He introduced his amazing work to the students and students were introduced to new mediums- charcoal and paint. Whilst nervous at first, the students were inspired by watching Danny and produced incredible small pieces of work. When students removed the fear, they were able to see what was possible. My thanks to the art teachers for their time and support of this initiative and my congratulations to the students for embracing this unique opportunity.
