Netball News

Crazy Hair and Sock day is happening at ERNA on Saturday 24 June 2023 so let’s get behind the cause!

Netballers are asked to wear their craziest socks and silliest locks and donate to the Kids’ Cancer Project to help raise awareness and valuable funds for research.

ERNA Executive will be walking around the courts at Meadowbank and Brush Farm accepting donations or members can use the QR code below to donate online.

Volleyball News

Well done to Tascha Ireland (Year 10) and Amelia McNamara (Year 10) who have enjoyed a day immersed in volleyball at Sydney Olympic Park. They played with the CIS team in the NSW All Schools Tri Series. As the youngest girls in the team, it was a great experience and opportunity to play with and against high level players. Unfortunately the CIS team did not make the finals, but it was a valuable collaborative experience and a day to celebrate their passion for volleyball.

Swimming News

Congratulations to Emi Liu (Year 2) who participated in the Sydney Metro Northwest 2023 winter championships at SOPAC. Emi swam in the 10 and under 50m Backstroke and 50m Freestyle. She was among one of the youngest girls there being only 7 years old. In Backstroke she achieved an overall result of 3rd, winning a bronze medal. In Freestyle she placed 6th with a fantastic 8.87 second PB! It was a great result.
