Fundraiser – Personalised Apron*
Orders Close Monday 27 March 2026
It is an MLC School tradition that the Junior School P&F organise a Mother’s Day gift as a fundraiser for the School.
The Junior School P&F are bringing back the popular Year Group drawings, but this time on an APRON. Each student will complete a self-portrait drawing at school to be included on the apron, which will be navy with white print.
Aprons will be delivered to school and distributed to students, individually wrapped and labelled, ready to bring home before Mother’s Day.
The cost for each personalised Apron is $25, and orders must be placed by Friday 27 March 2026.

Mother’s Day Raffle – Thursday 7 May 2026*
To support the P&F, the Junior School holds a raffle for Mother’s and Father’s Day each year.
Donations Needed Now – Call for Mother’s Day Raffle Donations
Some prize donation ideas include pamper vouchers, experience gift certificates, hampers, mani and pedi treatments, carwash vouchers, books, hotel stays or any other gifts of any size – all donations are highly appreciated. (No perishable or food items).
Please leave donations at Junior School Reception from any time now until the close off date, which will be Monday 4 May 2026. Please mark donations clearly with your name (so we know who to thank).
At the beginning of Term 2, each student will receive a book of raffle tickets to sell along with a list of prizes to be won.

Mother’s Day Stall – Tuesday 5 May – Thursday 7 May 2026*
From 8am
Red Carpet
All students can purchase a gift for their mother, grandmother, aunt, or other significant female prior to Mother’s Day at our Mother’s Day stall. All proceeds go to the Junior School P&F.
More details will be forthcoming including the day your daughter may purchase a gift. If you prefer that your daughter does not participate, please inform your daughter’s class teacher in advance.
MLC School Mother’s Day Breakfast

All students Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 are invited to attend the Mother’s Day Breakfast.
The breakfast is open to all mums, carers, step mums, aunties, grandmothers and mother figures in the lives of our students.
Please RSVP for catering purposes.
Mother’s Day Disco – Friday 15 May 2026*
6pm–8pm
The Daphne Line Hall
Dress Code: Casual
All parents and adult carers are invited to join with their daughters to celebrate mums, grandmums, aunts, other mother figures at the Mother’s Day Disco.
The evening will include food and DJ. This is a much-loved event for our Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6 students and guests.
*All proceeds for each JS P&F Event, will go to the Junior School P&F. Past proceeds have supported the new Junior School playground; provided the School with the Sports Field seating, Junior School flagpoles and School House mascots and flags.
