Introducing the new Director of Learning Enhancement

I would like to introduce myself as the new Director of Learning Enhancement Pre-Kindergarten – Year 12. As a future focused educator, I am passionate about facilitating learning as each student’s personal strengths and areas of challenge help shape a thriving, inclusive learning community. The purpose of the Learning Enhancement Department is to guide and support collaborative partnerships with the young women of MLC School and their families to tailor experiences allowing each student to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.

The National Education Standards Authority, (NESA) states that, “Every learner is unique, and every learner deserves opportunities to grow and strive to reach their full potential.” This guiding principle reinforces the commitment of Learning Enhancement to support the creation of differentiated, mindful educational experiences. Such experiences should celebrate diversity across the learning continuum in a nurturing and adaptive environment empowering all learners to excel.

I am truly grateful for the warm welcome I have received from the school community. The openness to collaborate and caring nature of staff, students and families confirms that, by working together as one community dedicated to lifelong learning, our girls will thrive. I look forward to partnering with you to ensure that the journey is both enriching and empowering for your daughter.
