Important Notice: Rollover of Enrolment for Co-curricular Activities for Term 3

I hope you and your daughters are enjoying their co-curricular activities.

As we move towards the end of term, we begin to prepare our co-curricular lists for Term 3.

It is the School’s policy that any student who participated in a Term 2 activity will be automatically enrolled into the same activity for Term 3 and the charge for that activity will be included in their parent’s Term 3 fee statement.

Therefore, it is imperative that we have notification of your wish to withdraw your daughter from an activity for Term 3 by Monday 19 June 2023 at 9am. You should contact the activity coordinator and request your daughter to be withdrawn for Term 3.

Should we not receive any indication of your intention to withdraw by Monday 19 June 2023 at 9am, we will move to enrolling your daughter into that activity for Term 3 and all charges will be processed and finalised.

Please note, the activities referred to here do not include competitive sporting activities, which are paid directly when a student is signed up for these sports.
