From the Head of Junior School
Congratulations to our Year 4 students who presented their learning at school in a most entertaining way at our Kindergarten to Year 5 assembly this week.
Kindergarten visit the farm
There was a buzz of excitement this week when our Kindergarten girls visited Calmsley Hill City Farm. Our excursions and immersions support the learning that occur at School. On return, Kindergarten were excited to tell me about all the animals they encountered. It will be a day I am sure they will remember for the years to come. You read more about their experience in this newsletter.

Year 6 Polo Tops
Year 6 students were presented with their special polo tops this week. This is a special way to mark the final year of Junior School, just like Year 12 will do with their jerseys for their final year in Senior School. We will soon see Year 6 proudly wearing their tops on permitted days at School.

Car Park
Thank you parents for using our undercover car park to drop off and pick up your daughter. (Park Road is not for school drop off and pick up). During this wet weather I am reminded of how fortunate we are to have an all weather pick up and drop off service that is the envy of many other school. If parking, please park in the parent/visitor spots.
A reminder of our pickup times. Thank you for not arriving early so our Pre-K parents and carers pick up their daughters.

NAPLAN and Parent-Teacher Learning Conversations
NAPLAN results for Year 3,Year 5,Year 7 and Year 9 have been posted to families. If you do not receive the results in the coming days, please check your address is correct. As previously mentioned, if Junior School parents would like to discuss these results with your daughter’s grade teacher, our Parent-Teacher Learning Conversations commence next week. There are some grades that have already had their Semester 2 Parent-Teacher Learning Conversations. If this is the case, and you have a NAPLAN enquiry, please contact the School.
