Craft Club Update

The Arts and Craft Club members were absolutely honored to assist global organisation ‘Days for Girls’ in their mission towards eliminating stigma towards sanitary products in low income countries. Our members traded in their paintbrushes for purpose as they dived into a while new challenge-rolling underwear for care kits and tracing fabric to create sustainable hygiene kits for women all around the world. The members were exceptionally productive, rolling upwards of 75+ underwear for a good cause.

This week’s focus wasn’t just about creating, but about making a difference on the community. Using fabric, scissors, and their enthusiasm, members traced carefully and folded underwear efficiently-with every piece destined to become part of a care package. Our club collaborates with ‘Days for Girls’ every term, assembling reusable kits with compassion. No experience is needed to make a big difference-only a willingness to help those around them.

If you’re looking for a relaxed and  welcoming space where you can support a good cause, come by SCG06 on Wednesday. All supplies (and snacks) are provided!
