Churunga Crazy Hair Day

Churunga Crazy Hair Day

This week, Churunga’s Crazy Hair Day was a wonderful celebration of creativity, community, and kindness. Girls arrived at school with the most imaginative hairstyles – bright colours, wild shapes, glitter, ribbons, and everything in between. It was wonderful to see so many students and families embracing the fun while also understanding the important purpose behind the day.

More importantly, Crazy Hair Day gave our school community the opportunity to come together to support the Leukaemia Foundation. Through generous donations, we were able to raise funds to support children and families affected by blood cancer.

It was a great reminder that even small actions, like wearing a crazy hairstyle, can make a meaningful difference when we work together. Thank you to all our students, families, and staff for your enthusiasm and generosity in supporting Churunga’s Service Learning this term, and for showing that we truly are Stronger Together!
